I have deviated from a year’s worth of acrylic painting.
The process of deviating from the only form of visual expression that I felt comfortable with and confident in was another year’s worth of exploring. There were ups and downs, detours and rabbit holes. Not Paintings is a celebration of what I made along the way. They are reflective, hopeful, insightful creations that allude to what I could pursue in the coming years.
